Clear photos with visible, unobstructed faces work best. Old, faded, black-and-white and color photos are all welcome. If a photo is too difficult to use, we may ask for a better version.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders are delivered digitally within 1–2 business days.

Can I add special instructions?

Yes. Each product has a short optional notes field for anything important to preserve or avoid.

What if the result has an obvious AI issue?

One complimentary revision is included for clear generation issues such as face distortion, incorrect identity or an incomplete action.

Is anything physically shipped?

No. Meet Your is a personalized digital service. Your final video is delivered as a digital file.
